The Millbrook Masters, now in its sixth year, is one of the most eagerly awaited amateur master’s events attracting golfers of all ages, from New Zealand, Australia and Fiji. The event sold out in 2007 within weeks of release. Its popularity is attributed to many aspects including the magic of Millbrook and the popular Masters concept.
The Masters is social golf playing four stableford rounds over 5 days with players of your own age group. But beware, its hugely competitive as well. In 2005 we introduced naming sponsor The Fine Wine Delivery Company and with their enthusiasm and passion for wine and golf it gave the event a unique flair – they will again be the naming sponsor in 2008. Wine appreciation after golf will be part of the 2008 programme. It’s a fun week of golf – all culminating in a final night of multiple prizes, gross prizes, lucky draws and entertainment. It is a golf tournament not to be missed.

Millbrook Resort is located in the heart of New Zealand’s tourism Mecca, Queenstown. It is simply stunning.
The tournament held every year in autumn captures all the magic of the region with its warm autumn colours and challenging resort golf course. Millbrook was first discovered by Maori and later by Europeans, lured to the region by tales of a gold rush. In the 1860s, brothers John and Peter Butel from Normandy, France established a 450-acre wheat farm to feed hungry miners. The rustic remains of the farm live on in Millbrook's restored buildings and the avenue of trees that still welcomes visitors just as it did 150 years ago.

Millbrook is set in a natural, alpine amphitheatre, against the backdrop of the Remarkables mountain range. The golf course fully exploits the dramatic terrain, delivering world-class golf. The18-hole, par 72 championship course was designed by renowned professional and master golfer, Sir Bob Charles. It features four different tee levels for complete golf enjoyment.
